Studio Policies...
- Studio production is charged in quarter-hour units, with a one hour minimum.
- Cancellation: Any cancellation or postponements requested within 24 hours of a confirmed session may result in a cancellation fee of 75% of the reserved studio time, and the client may be responsible for any talent fees incurred.
- Overtime (plus 35%) applies on hourly charges where sessions are required to take place on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
- Rush orders: Overtime (plus 35%) may apply to rush orders.
- A 1.5% finance charge will be accrued monthly on all past due accounts.
- The client assumes responsibility for legal expenses incurred by Creative Sound Studios in the collection of overdue accounts.
- All services ordered are deemed contracted and are subject to the laws of Pennsylvania. It is not unusual for our customers to receive terms of cash in advance and/or cash on delivery. Credit may be granted after submission of satisfactory financial information for clients in good standing.
- All projects and potential projects are completely confidential.
